Job description: 
• Knowledge transfer to operator staff 
• Monitoring the network status by using OSS 
• Detecting faults and performing basic trouble-shooting 
• Dispatching the ticket to Field operation 
• Escalating to OMC for further investigation 
• Providing fault reports
