Telecom Job Vacancy: Customer Support || UK

Start date: ASAP 
End date: 3-6 months 

Must be eligible to work in the UK 

Job description: 
• Acting as the front end customer interface for the reception of Customer Service Requests & Emergencies over the telephone 
• Being responsible for the production and accuracy of customer and internal performance reports 
• Performing maintenance of regional Customer Support delivery web content 
• Assisting Service Delivery Managers in the monitoring of CSR progress 
• Supporting / working with administrative tasks in the area of Contract Management 
• Maintenance of internal Fault Handling Databases to ensure content is up to date 

Required skills: 
• Strong verbal and written communication in English 
• Knowledge and experience in the use of the MS Office Application Set (Excel, Powerpoint, Access) 
• Experience in the use of database applications 
• Ability to work in a team environment
