Tangent is currently looking for OSS managed service consultants to work a 3 months extendable project based in China.
The required experience is as follows:
1. At least 5 years practical manager experiences in operator’s NOC O&M, more than 5 years experience in OSS applications
2. Strong organizational skill, have led the team independent, have experience in leading product development independent and projects (more than $ 10 million scale) delivery
3. Have led or participated in telecommunications network operation, OSS consulting, solutions design, etc.
4. Candidates with ability of E/// MSDP platform design, construction, application extension are preferred
