Job description:
• Responsible for the co-ordination and ordering of access for IT Tools
• Track progress of user’s accounts against tools matrix and update individuals and project team
• Where access requests breech SLA’s there should be escalation and then further follow-up and tracking to resolution
• Accuracy is of utmost importance and an organized and methodical approach to working is essential
• The ability to keep accurate records and report status to management and a project team is
• Imperative
• Ability to create solutions to problems encountered is vital
• Works well under pressure
• Able to work to tight deadlines and meet targets without supervision
• Able to self start and work on own initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft office) especially in MS Excel
• An understanding of project management principles
• Ability to pick-up information quickly
• Ability to multi task and work on several work-streams
• Ability to chase requests by telephone and email
• Motivated and Focused on results and timelines
• Remain calm and in control when under pressure
