Job Description:
• Ability to implement Motorola BSS database activities
• Preparing and implementing scripts to add new BTSs, BSCs and RXCDRs to the network
• Preparing and implementing scripts to add Internal, External and Proxy Neighbours
• Ability to work on Motorola OMC-R GUI to add new BSCs, and new RXCDRs
• Preparing and implementing scripts for the site and BSS rehoming
• Ability to configure Motorola BSS Abis and Ater interfaces
• Fluent in using Motorola DataGen to create and rehome a group of sites/BSCs/RXCDRs
• Fluent in using Motorola OfflineMIB tool
• Ability to extract data from Motorola MIB to assist in global network configurations (Massive network database changes)
• Knowledge in configuring Motorola PGSM, EGSM and DCS frequency band sites in dual mode
• Able to use Unix scripts, and Unix programming to perform database addition, deletion or modifications
