PROJECT MANAGER IT and Telecommunications || Riyadh (Saudi Arabia

Our client is a leading IT and Telecommunications company with over 20 years experience in Telecom, Security and IT. It has an excellent reputation in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East with a global reach and partnerships with world class brands from the United States, Europe, Japan and others.


We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The individual will plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Supervisors


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project 
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel 
• Confers with project staff to outline work-plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority 
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget 
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required 
• Prepares project reports for management, client, or others 
• Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems 
• Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies 


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications Engineering 
• 4-5 years of work experience in telecom project management 
• Tetra Radio communication, in a public safety environment desirable 


KEY SKILLS 
• Proficiency in English, spoken & written 
• Personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness 
• Management and leadership ability


BENEFITS 
• Should be used as a guide only. Salary package will reflect experience levels and will depend on the candidate’s interview performance 
• Up to 30k SAR per month / 95k USD per annum base + benefits 
• This will include a high quality benefits package – accommodation, transport, etc.
