Vice Director of Global Core Network Solution Sales || Silicon Valley (USA)

Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company general development targets, organize the setting of global operation goals and market goals for Cloud Solutions, as well as the business strategy for Data Center & Media Network, and organize the support for global market.
2. Organize global market analysis and promotion for Cloud Solutions, manage market opportunities, develop market plan and competition strategy for Data Center & Media Network, provide effective sales strategy to the frontlines.
3. Responsible for planning, support and operation of key projects, increase the success rate of projects.
4. Develop branding strategy towards the targeted clients; promote the product and solution branding.
5. Responsible for the construction, cultivation and management of Cloud solutions technical sales team.
6. Give business management suggestions to Director of Core Network Solution Sales Department. Core network solutions include CS/PS/USC/STP/IMS/NGN/Data Center/CDN, etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication, computer science, IT
electronics or relevant area; At least 10 years of working experience in multinational telecommunications companies (either carriers or vendors), 6 years or more experiences of management and marketing is necessary.
Preferred: previous employee of Google, Vmware, Citrix, Cisco, HP, IBM, CSC, EMC, Seachange, Microsoft, etc.
2. At least be accomplished in Cloud Solution sales ,Data Center and other related solutions, understand the technology development trends and growth curve of Cloud and CDN, familiar with competitors' strategy and product features, command knowledge of organization operation, bidding, commercial and business management, etc.
3. Familiar with international market operation model, Good understanding of global market, strong abilities of macroscopical analysis and strategic thinking.
4. Strong presentation skills to ensure customer full awareness of Huawei products solutions and capabilities, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a strategic mind and the ability to manage.
5. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
6. Fluent in listening and spoken English; adapt to frequent global business trips.
