Head of Media Relations, Egypt
Our client, a Middle East based telecoms company is looking for a Head of Media Relations to join their team in Egypt.

Responsibilities:
• Direct the Media Relations team to provide timely, truthful and consistent press releases.
• Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations and deliver constructive feedback.
• Implement an annual budget plan according to approved schedule for various channels of media.
• Manage the process of generating required validated replies to the written questions of the media.
• Plan long term engagement strategies with the media to support brand awareness through media campaigns and events.


Requirements:
• University graduate from a recognized university, preferably from Business Administration, English Literature or Mass Communication, though post graduate studies in related fields are preferable.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a related field, of which 5 years must be in a managerial role in the telecoms industry in the GCC.

Our client, a Middle East based telecoms company is looking for a Communications Director to join their dynamic team in Egypt. The successful candidate has to develop the brand strategy, architecture and communications plan as well as monitor and report on brand development.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage PR strategy in line with overall corporate strategy.
• Support segment managers in developing effective communication strategies and campaigns.

• Establish strong relations with targeted agents, namely advertising, field marketing and media planning agencies.
• Identify, evaluate and assess new sponsorship opportunities and ensure maximum leveraging of the sponsorship activity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably, a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• At least 10 years of similar managerial experience in a Telecoms company in the Middle East.
