Job requirements :
1. Should have Total Relevant Experience of 6-8 years with at least 2-3 years experience in project and people management.
2. Should have experience in RF planning / RF optimization projects.
3. Experience with drive test, Optimization and planning such as TEMS, Agilent, Actix, Atoll, etc are highly recommended. Experience in RF benchmarking kits such as Andrew Invex 3G, Swiss qual, Nokia benchmarking are preferred.
4. Should have experience managing RF projects involving project planning, resource planning, project execution, customer interaction etc.
5. Should be an expert in GSM/GPRS/EDGE/CDMA/EVDO technologies and should be familiar with wireless network architecture including RF, BTS, BSC, OMC-R, MSC etc.
6. Should have knowledge and experience of at least some of vendor equipment such as NSN, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, Nortel etc.
7. Should possess knowledge or experience in developing process management system to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standards and procedures.
8. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with teams and customers.
9. Experience in pre sales, offerings, project costing, commercial evaluations etc. is a plus.
