3G RF planning and optimisation engineers required for permanent roles in Egypt. Applicants will handle Analogue/digital Measurement for model Propagation, Propagation Model Calibration in the Planning Tool, Scrambling Codes Planning, Radio Network Planning Assessment, 3G network architecture, HSDPA/ HSUPA Architecture and planning, HSDPA/HSUPA QoS Analysis and Monitoring, 3G - 2G relations (Handover parameters - selection / reselection), New Features validation, Radio Network Design Tuning, 3G Field trials and Optimization Consulting and Support.
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience (preferably 4+) in RF Planning/RNO and Awareness of NPO & WIPS tools. Applicants must speak fluent English with Arabic being advantageous. Nokia Siemens (NSN) experience is also beneficial. As this is a permanent role priority will be given to Egyptian citizens and those already living in Egypt. Please note that no relocation costs will be provided.
