Position Description:
A high level Sales Person that is familiar with the telecom market and has 5-15 years of actual experience of successfully selling telecom equipments (Millions of USD) to the enterprises, SME, SMB directly and through partners (Service Providers, System Integrators, Channels, agents etc.).
Have personal relation/acquaintance/network with key customers and key players in the VOIP eco-system (applications, channels etc).

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets in-line with the business plan.
• Build a strong pipeline, focus on key opportunities and execute a thought sales plan.
• Achieve/secure new design wins.
• Establish company presence in the market (events, tradeshows, etc.)
• Build strong partnerships with the company system partners network (applications, VARs, channels).
• Create Customer (Enterprise or/and Service Providers) demand and preference to the company.
• Communicate effectively with the HQ. Have an interdisciplinary understanding.

Profile:
• Minimum university education or equivalent, Electrical Engineer degree. A Master degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Senior person with 5-15 years of successful sales of telecom equipments to the Service Providers and Enterprise market segments.
• VoIP experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to engage on senior levels. Ability to address customers from the technology level and all the way up to the strategic & telecom trends level .
• Have access to senior decision makers. Proven ability to identify the key decision makers in each opportunity.
• Consistent over achievement of sales targets of at least 4 millions USDs in the telecom market.
• Experience selling capital equipment to Service Providers.
• Dynamic, self-starter with a hunger for sales and winning business. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Closing a deal
