Currently have opening for Project Manager with our client in South America.
Candidate should be proficient in Spanish language.
It is a 2 years contract position.
This position is for an experienced Project Manager/Director to provide strong leadership to the Network Implementation team, develop key Customer relationships and closely work with other local organizations to provide effective project delivery to the Customer.
Main Responsibilities:
Independently manage projects with high risk and complexity ensuring final delivery to meet customer’s expectations of Time and Quality.
Ensure project complete within budget by efficient cost controlling and internal and external resources management.
Acts as primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
Shares project experience and knowledge of project management, provide project management consultation to regional PMO and training to junior staff members
Can demonstrate a proven track record of success in above criteria.
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree /or above, in Engineering ,Telecom or equivalent, Full knowledge and experience in the application of professional project management methodologies is essential, Project Management Certification (e.g. P.M.I.) desirable.
2. Typically 8 years relevant experience in 3G telecom deployment / core networks and/or system integration type projects.
3. Good knowledge of Telecom Civil Work would be desirable, but not mandatory.
4. Approvable team leadership , excellent interpersonal skill, Highly independent and self-motivated
5. Fluent in English and Spanish
6. Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment.
7. Experienced leading and motivating cross-cultural teams.
8. PMP Certification
