Telecom Job Vacancy: GSM RF Team Leader || Asia Pacific

Start Date: ASAP 
End Date: 6 months (extendable) 


Job description: 
• Solution consultants to analysis customer, end-user requirements, customize service solution
• RF expert to support regional RNP&RNO projects, deep-insight of network problem and understand customer requirements, ensure smoothly project deliveries, and control delivery cost 
• RF Manager for RNP&RNO project with large scale projects 


Requirements: 
• Highly motivated individual and team player 
• Ability to adapt to working culture and environment 
• Good Customer interface/relationship handling abilities 
• Radio Access Network(GSM/UMTS/HSDPA/HSPA+) Planning, Performance & Optimization 
• NSN and Ericsson network planning & optimization experience preferred 
• Network Planning & Optimization Project Management – ensure clear scope/ schedule/ deliverables and meeting projects milestones 
• Lead, guide, and hands-on with the team members 
• Ensure on-time and high quality of NPO service, reports, and other deliverables agreed from the service description 
• At least 6 years RNP&RNO experience 
• Team leader, Line Manager experience preferred for RF manager position
