Tangent is currently looking for a Radio Network Planning and Optimisation Engineer to work a 2 month extendable contract in South Africa must have huawei experience.
The requirement is as follows:
1, More than 7 years experience of network planning or network optimization;
2, Provide technical creativity in solving problems;
3, Excellent knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis;
4, Sounds management skills;
5, Senior knowledge of network planning, optimization and performance management;
6, Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control;
7, Senior knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes;
8, Good English communication skill in both written and oral;
