Enterprise Account Manager required for Global Telecommunications company.
Reporting into the Account Director, you will be responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with key carrier accounts in the UK Enterprise market. Furthermore you will manage all aspects of the relationship with Enterprise customers. The position requires senior level sales experience with both large Enterprise accounts as well as alternative service providers.
- Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service customer accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information.
- Enhance customer relationships
- Manage and coordinate all activities between you and the customer. Promote the full range of Technical solutions to defined customers.
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product.
- Management and Engineering to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions.
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations.
- Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models and support product features.
- Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall company strategy.
- Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology.
- Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level.
- Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
- Detailed knowledge of enterprise business models and strategies.
