Telecom Job Vacancy for Service Solution Manager in Germany

Currently we have an opening for Service Solution Manager with our client in Germany. It is a permanent position. Candidate will be responsible for the whole service sales and business development according to the specific requirements of a dedicated customer. Please find below the job description: 

Responsibilities 
• Promotion of Client’s service capabilities and service solutions like NTS (Network Technology Service), MS (Managed Services), CS (Customer Support), etc. on international group level 
• Lead the service marketing programs to promote services brand awareness and develop new areas of market opportunities in Deutsche Telekom 
• Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information and create compelling market analysis presentations 
• Works closely with the service sales teams (Account Service Manager, Account Manager and Service BU Presales Engineer), and drive business development initiatives and programs through them to convert those opportunities into Sales 
• Support the service sales teams in Business Development practices and work closely with them to identify and pursue opportunities and to assist with preparation and participation in related customer meetings 
• Participation in bringing applications into revenue-generation for customer while achieving customer CAPEX or OPEX objectives 
• Achieve annual service sales target. 

Qualification 
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or comparable education. 
• Five years telecommunication industry working experience background 
• Full knowledge and experience in professional service solutions, 
• Effective negotiation and communication skills 
• Excellent management, coordination and organizing skills 
• Strong team work ability 
• Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment 
• Fluency in English and German.
