Job description:
• Managing the delivery department including human resource management and resource allocation
• Build up the organization according to the needs; keep the motivation on high level all over the time
• Development of delivery processes
• Take active part in the Global, Regional and Local level management of the company; attend required meetings, workshops and conferences
• Present ideas, processes, statistics, performance and quality reports towards different audiences
• Provide support for major MS delivery projects in Establishment, Transition and/or Transformation
• Ensure the delivery strategy and directive alignment, and to build a strong and sustainable MS operations
• Coach the local Managed Services Directors in Managed Services best practice
• Transfer knowledge to the local Delivery team
• Provide support for major MS bidding projects
• Participate in senior customers’ meetings/presentation, Due Diligence exercise, contract negotiation and risks review
• Consolidate Managed Services experiences in the field, produce training materials and case studies to share with the whole MS organization and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent
• At least 5 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry especially in the service delivery field
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, field operations, eTom, ITIL, OSS, IT, network performance management, project management, people management
• Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors
• Familiar with wireless network O&M
• Key project management experience or possess PMP certificate
• Ability to deal with several tasks at the same time
• Work independently
• Keep own competence and skills up to date
• Be able to work as a team member
• Have good coordination and organizing skills
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English
• Service attitude
• Energetic and studious
• Mature and positive attitude, strong sense of quality
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment
• Be able to travel frequently with short notice
