Nokia's developer network has been hacked, and personal details of its developer community may have been stolen, according to the company.
The developer network site was hacked using a vulnerability in the bulletin board software that allowed an SQL Injection attack, Nokia said in a statement.
While no credit card details had been taken from the site, Nokia said that it was possible that members' personal information, including dates of birth and email addresses may have been stolen.
Nokia said that while it initially thought that only a small number of account details may have been taken, it now believes the number is "significantly larger".
