Currently there is an opening for Senior Fixed Broadband Solution Manager with our client in Germany.
It is a permanent position.
Candidate will be responsible for E2E fixed broadband solution management and marketing.
Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for market position, by generating leads and nurturing opportunities
• Study customer insides (market environment, customer strategy, pain points)
• Generating leads, nurturing opportunities and facilitating the transformation from opportunities to sales projects.
• Support the large scale sales
• To be responsible for the competitiveness of fixed broadband solutions, by integrating, customizing and promoting the solutions.
• Provide customer-orientated end-to-end overall fixed broadband solutions by integrating Network Infrastructure, Software, Terminals and Professional Servic
• Develop optimal solutions based on comprehensive considerations including customer requirements, costs, competition intelligence etc.
• Present the value of client's fixed broadband solutions to the customer
• Develop solutions based on understanding of customer requirements
• Collect customer information, understand customer requirements, analyze pain points - call for expert support based on comprehensive understanding of pain points and requirements of the customer
• Lead the development of solutions by passing on customer requirements for solutions accurately to Representative Offices, Regions and headquarters.
• To be responsible for the fixed broadband product and solution communication toward customer
• Spread of Key Messages of products and solutions.
• Implement branding planning and support the execution according to the corporate branding strategy
• To support the senior management communication. For instance to support the dialogues between CXO and key technical experts.
Qualifications
• More than 10 years direct experience in fixed broadband industry with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor or operator
• Broad knowledge in the telecom infrastructure and industry, in-depth understanding of the industry evolution and trends
• Solid understanding of fixed broadband market and business issues. Integrated product and solution development experience with world class operators preferred
• Market and technology knowledge to evaluate business opportunities
• Proved very good skill in slides making and presentation.
• Fluency in English and German.
Other Skills
• Product management background and marketing experiences preferred
• Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics
• Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, R&D and standardization
• Highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic. Ability to articulate strategically and a great negotiator.

• Business trips when necessary
• Around 10% time
