Job description:
• 6+ years GSM RNP/RNO experience
• 3+ years Ericsson GSM RNO experience
• Strong technical ability to handle network performance or user perception issues
• Have the ability to lead a team including planning, drive test, RF optimization, KPI monitoring and improvement
• Be able to effectively manage regional top network issues and customer requirement
• Have strong communication skills with customer, and be able to attend meeting with customer regularly
• Have strong ability to prepare project progress report and show presentation to customer
