This Service provides customized on-site support for specific TIC’s Transmission Equipment Maintenance Services by two qualified system engineers for a defined period of 1 Year. The system engineers will be focusing on providing expert assistance for the already deployed TX equipment.
This Service provides customized on-site support for specific TIC’s Transmission Equipment Maintenance Services by two qualified system engineers for a defined period of 1 Year. The system engineers will be focusing on providing expert assistance for the already deployed TX equipment.
Tasks/Deliverables§ Provide customized on-site technical support.§ Provide qualified, expert assistance for the TX equipment, or because of changes in Customer’s administrative process.§ Set up procedures for performing day-to-day operational tasks, tests, output data analysis, and measurements and adjustments.
