Job description: 
• Responsible to plan and manage assigned customer projects according to the organizational requirements and the project goals (budget, quality and time), leading to project acceptance and satisfied customers 
• Opportunity creation and offer preparation 
• Project specification 
• Project execution and integration management 
• Cost tracking and cost validation 
• Escalation management 
• Customer relation management 
• Project Acceptance and hand-over to support 
• Resource procurement and HR aspect within project team 
• Risk Management 
• Proper communication with all stakeholders 

Requirements: 
• Results orientated 
• Has motivation, discipline and tenacity to reach results 
• Takes full responsibility for own project and personal actions 
• Has the ability to lead people and teams to results 
• Has the ability to make quick and correct decisions and take action
