Job description:
• 4+ years GSM KPI optimization experience
• 2+ years Ericsson GSM RNO experience
• Master the knowledge of GSM theory, and signaling procedure
• Know well the definition and formula of major KPI counters
• Have strong ability to monitor KPI status and do some needful trouble shooting if network was degradation
• Be very good at Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint. also familiar with macro is highly preferred
