Chinese telecom vendor Huawei plans to open 4th GNOC in Romania for Europe


Chinese telecom equipment manufacturer Huawei Technologies plans to open in Romania its fourth global support center, according to information from the Ministry of Communications. By the end of 2014, Huawei will have 1,500 employees in Romania, of whom 80% will be Romanian, according to Jeff Wang, general manager of Huawei Romania.
In Romania, the company posted a turnover of €69.2m last year, according to the financial data posted on the website of the Finance Ministry, reports Business Review.
