Vacancy: 3G Optimization Engineer || Eastern Europe

End date: 2 months (extendable)
Job description:
• Make the network audit based on traffic statistic, DT log analysis and subscriber complain
• Workout the optimization solution to improve the GSM network performance
• Implement the optimization solution to reach the acceptance standard list in the contract

Requirements:
• Be familiar with UMTS/HSPA technology theory knowledge
• Be familiar with Huawei UMTS/HSPA RRM/HO algorithm
• Have at least five years experience with UMTS/HSPA optimization project and have successful optimization case
• Capable with UMTS/HSPA traffic KPI analysis and optimization
• Be familiar with UMTS DT software using, log analysis and RF tuning
• Be familiar with Huawei UMTS equipments and operation like RNC and NodeB
• Good with Excel, word and PPT software
• Have the experience working outside the native country
• Good Oral and written English level and can used for working language
• Must be able to speak Russian
