Telecom Job Vacancy: OSS-RC Technical Support Engineer || USA

Job description:
Responsible for providing training, plus analysis and resolution of highly complex technical problems related to the installation, testing and/or operation of OSS-RC related product for customers or field employees.

Responsibilities include problem consultation, isolation, verification, resolution, documentation and status reporting.
May serve as a technical resource to other departments and consults on most complex technical support issues.

Job Requirements
• Ability to knowledge share and mentor experienced and assessed Service Engineers
• Trouble shoot issues seen on OSS that are reported o Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in teams
• Open and good at communication, Good team player and able to work in high pressure
• Able to work 24x7 on call
• Able to re-locate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Network Level competence desirable (working knowledge of complete network - (OSS-RC, UNIX, Solaris, and IP mandatory - LTE, BSS/RNC, Core, Datacom)
• Working knowledge of Ericsson's business process flow
• Ability to adapt to customer working process
• Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or electrical engineering
• 3-5 years of related experience in a technical area in a communications systems company
• Ericsson OSS-RC in-depth knowledge is mandatory
