Role purpose:
This position is responsible to analyse the business requirements spanning all areas of the business, identifying the impacts of new products, services, promotions and applications on existing business processes, systems and software. These must be clearly and concisely documented and the BA needs to be able to estimate size of the program of work in the various BSS areas e.g. CRM, Billing, Retail and Business Integration.
This position is responsible to ensure that solutions developed and implemented into the production environment meet the business requirements. This position will lead the planning of analysis work on specific group of projects/program starting from Concept phase. This position will be responsible to ensure that the analysis deliverables are of a consistent and high standard for the area of their responsibility.
Primary Skills
• Total of 6-10years of professional experience
• At least 3-4 years as a Business Analyst in the Telecom domain
• Excellent experience in various BSS areas viz CRM, Billing, Retail etc
• Should have worked in renowned GSM Telecom companies
