Hybrid experience is essential with Telco operator AND vendor background sought for an exciting assignment within the dynamic Telco Sector. Operating in a large scale Mobile Operator in a closely-knit team the successful candidate will drive and manage the Charging & VAS Architect projects. This role is not for candidates who are working for small Telco companies only candidates working in similar Telco Mobile environments will be considered.

Role:
1. Plan, develop, and manage an overall convergent business aligned enterprise architecture covering the billing, the prepaid charging, the VAS systems and the business support systems. Set and define project plans in collaboration with both our business teams and our venders and services’ providers.
2. Immediately report and escalate any deviation that may affect the delivery of the project within its constraints (time, budget, quality), with defining the reasons of the deviation and suggesting the corrective actions.
3. Main interface for the business teams concerning the development of new products and services, their implementation and quality assurance.
4. Ensure that all the requests of the business teams are delivered to the Service Delivery Department via the official communication agreed procedures (Work Orders, Concept Documents…etc.)

Minimum requirements:
1. 8 years working in VAS
2. 8 Years professional work experience in Ericsson IN platform. Administrating (CCN, SDP, AF, AIR, MINSAT, VS). (EMM) and EMA.
3. Integration between the charging systems such as MSC, SMSC, SGSN, GGSN, SASN
4. SQL/PLSQL programming.
5. Functionality of convergent billing and charging systems.
6. Telecommunications and core network functionalities and traffic scenarios.
7. RDBMS, with highly tuned reporting skills. Oracle is a must.
