Telecom Job Vacancy for Optimisation Engineer || Saudi Arabia

Tangent are currently looking for a LTE Optimisation Engineer to work a 3 month extendable project in Saudi Arabia.

JOB DESCRIPTION.
RF optimizer is needed to fine tune the LTE network.
LTE RF Optimizer's role involves Radio Optimization performance tuning of the network. 
The RF Optimizer should handle below pre and post launch activities as:
·       Post processing of field Tests measurements.
·       Site Intervention for the problematic areas in case of required further investigations according to the optimization need
·       Site verification analysis and function assurance after integration
·       Daily KPIs monitoring
·       Analyse of NPO counters and metrics
·       Cluster optimization to meet the required contractual commitments
·       Recommendation for parameters modification and fine tuning
·       Support in release test validation to acquire the new features/algorithm knowledge
·       Work in other related radio activities like (Band clearance activities, IOT tests , ….)
·       Create WOs and templates

MUST HAVE:
- LTE experience with ALCATEL equipment (please state how much)
- RF experience
- Planning and Optimisation experience.
