Job description:
•Strong capability in dimensioning TRXs, RBSs, and BSCs
•Strong capability of performing an audit on an existing 2G Network, and provide recommendations to solve capacity issues
•Strong capability of BSC level Analysis
•Strong capability of Cell Level Analysis
•Strong capability of parameter tuning
•High communication skills, and is capable of customer meetings and presentations
