Job Description:
• Have more than 6 years work experience in telecommunications industry, familiar with UMTS or GSM network system, has a clear understanding of the network evolution
• Familiar with network performance optimization processes, worked as a RNO technical leader for UMTS or GSM network over 100 sites
• Familiar with UMTS or GSM KPI and parameters, has rich experience in KPI negotiation
• Be able to manage and guide a team analyze and solve the UMTS or GSM network performance issues
• Familiar with principle and parameters for HSPA/HSPA+
• Familiar with feature of UMTS or GSM equipment
• Familiar with formulas, UMTS RAN system
• Able to communicate in English
• Have excellent communication and presentation ability
