Telecom Job Vacancy: Core MSS (Support) Engineer || Sub Saharan Africa

Job description: 
•Requires broad Network knowledge to train existing BO/FO engineers in O&M and troubleshooting routines
•Work closely with other Back office staff from different competence domains to assure network stability and quality
•Rising of TT and follow-up closure of network issues Assist in emergency situations to recover network stability
•Assist to achieve KPI target working closely with optimization and field staff 
•Assure connectivity with GNOC is guaranteed 
•Report to management on performance issues and potential improvement areas
