Looking for optimisation engineers to work for a large telcoms company in Reading/Coventry/Hemel Hempstead/Manchester
On a 3-6 month contract.
Candiates must have the following experince and skills:
· Minimum 5 years experience of 2G and 3G mobile Technologies
· Demonstrate an end to end understanding of 2G and 3G systems
· Working knowledge of hardware and software features and constraints for both 2G and 3G
· Ability to collect and analyse performance data from the 2G and 3G networks to resolve problems and make recommendations for improving QoS
· Ability to analyze air interface signalling to help resolve problems and make recommendations for improving QoS
· Ability to develop original processes and procedures
· Ability to deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems
· Ability to multitask, work on own initiative whilst under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
