Telecom Job Vacancy for Managed Services Transition Manager || Italy

Currently there is an opening for Managed Services Transition Manager with our client in Italy.
It is a permanent position.

Please find below the job description:
The incumbent is mainly responsible for plan and manage the transition program and work closely and collaboratively with the customer Transition, lead to deliver required Transition outcomes for key MS projects globally. Details are as follows


Responsibilities:
1. Lead to plan and manage the transition program and work closely and collaboratively with the customer Transition Lead to deliver required Transition outcomes. Transition Program manager will be responsible for the timely completion of Transition activities. The transition includes the transfer (or procurement) of skills, people and service delivery responsibility to the new unit.
2. Understand the customer requirements and the Contract Agreement contents, and break down into concrete objectives and fulfill the overall control and management of all Transition streams, in line with customer expectations and objectives in Business Continuity and risks mitigation
3. Responsible for the project organization forming, management and improvement.
4. Lead the transition plan team and closely work with customer to accurately plan, prepare and execute the Transition program, pursuing the following objectives:
a) Complete the Transition according to the agreed Transition plan
b) Minimize disruption to customer’s business processes
c) Preserve service continuity and current service levels
d) Minimize attrition and loss of knowledge capital
e) Minimize risks and issues.

5. Responsible for the success of the project implementation, ensure the key performance against the program plan, identifying and managing program resources and work stream dependencies, ensuring deliverables completion and achievement of targets and managing issues and risks

Experiences & Qualifications:
1. University education within Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electronics or similar.
2. 10 years working experience in Telecommunication, consulting, outsourcing and HR
3. 5 years of project management experience, and lead at least one full outsourcing project from end to end.
4. Experiences of overseas outsourcing experience or possess are preferred.
5. Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
6. Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member, have good coordination and organizing skills.
7. Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language.
