Telecom Job Vacancy: Due Diligence Expert || North Africa

Start date: ASAP
End date: 6-12 months (extendable)

Job description:
• To design and develop Due Diligence report by analyzing and understanding the outsourcing requirement, Opex, O&M organization and processes, HR, network performance and status of telecom operators during leading and bidding
• Response for the develop of Due Diligence workflow, template and guideline
• Response for Due Diligence implementation of key projects
• Response for Due Diligence knowledge global transfer and sharing

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Know well about the operation and maintenance organization, processes and OPEX structure of telecom operators
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Priority for practical due diligence experience in telecom outsourcing or M&A
• Able to travel overseas frequently to support field projects
