Tangent are currently looking for a 3G radio network optimizer to work a 3 month extendable contract in Ghana.
JOB DESCRIPTION
3G radio network optimizer (Dual Competence2+3G).
Manage and ensure that pro-active drive testing and fault diagnosis of the network is performed regularly
Performance analysis, troubleshooting and parameter level optimization (KPIs, counter level, Reporting)
Handle customer complaints and ensure that VIP areas are in good performance
Lead product / feature presentations with the customer
Provide weekly analysis reports showing the performance of the networks
Provide on the job training / knowledge sharing to junior engineers within the teamStrong Alcatel-Lucent Background on BTS, BSC, NodeB and RNC nodes Familiar with 2G & 3G drive test measurement and post processing tools
The following is required.
- 3G (alcatel equipment) optimisation experience. PLEASE STATE HOW MUCH.
- RF/Radio experience
- Optimisation experience
- KPI experience
