Job for Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance & Fraud - QATAR

Role Overview 
To provide support to the Assistant Director, the OPCO's and the group company in all matters relating to Revenue Assurance & Fraud. Operate a virtual RA & FM consultancy from group HQ, that can be deployed into OPCO's providing local assistance 
Core Responsibilities 
• Conduct benchmarking assessments of all OPCO RA&FM teams against the TM-Forum Maturity model. 
• Review the centralised reporting of Revenue Leakage, identifying core areas of improvement across the group 
• Review all major revenue leakages and advise on best practices for resolution and future mitigation 
• Provide alerts to the OPCO's on major Fraud risks and how to best prevent an attack 
• Provide on-site consultancy to all OPCO's within the group 
• Identify areas of weaknesses in existing processes and re-engineer to best practice 
• Recruit and manage a small team of RA & FM consultants to assist with on-site assessments 
• Define and standardise Fraud incident categorisation and reporting across the group 
• Provide ongoing guidance & consultation to OPCO's in relation to major incidents 
• Potential secondments to OPCO's on a short term basis to fill any gaps in local capability 
Qualifications 
Minimum Entry Qualification 
• Minimum 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry related to the duties and responsibilities specifie 
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge 
• Extensive RA&FM expertise 
• Track record of successful system implementation 
• Experience at a major telecommunications company 
• Previous international experience, preferably in the GCC and MENA regions 
• Working knowledge of core RA software solutions ie Subex/Connectiva 
• Knowledge of TMForum RA standards and the ability to give advice on their application in the course of execution of our business
