An opening for Project Manager Operations with client in Spain. It is a permanent position and client is looking for local
Spanish nationals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the costumer delivery and service satisfaction and provide on-site support to every OB:
1. Focus on the costumer delivery and service satisfaction
2. Keep communication with Global account and share the costumer voice to every OB
3. When necessary, whether the delivery is in critical or the local costumer is not satisfied with the performance of local office. Need to travel to local office and work with local project team to find out the solution
4. Need to communicate with the local account costumer, influence and improve the costumer perception
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
1. Customer satisfaction
2. Project delivery improvement and problem solved
3. Experience sharing and local delivery capability improved
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Excellent communication and negotiating capability with costumer
3. Knowledge of the operations organization structure, processes, project management, network O&M and other management works of telecom operators
4. Available to travel for long periods – 1 to 2 months maximum (Europe and Latin America)
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES:
1. Good and successful project management knowledge and experience especially in Wireless technology – has managed the implementation of high quantity of base stations – no less than 8 years.
2. Good and high level communication with costumer, project plan, schedule progress, issues and problems and cost management
3. Strong account experience of around 3 years working alongside with sales and support organization
4. Good telecom product knowledge
