The Director of Talent Management, in collaboration with the VP of Human Resources will be responsible for developing actionable solutions and strategies in the areas of: Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Retention, developing meaningful HR Metrics, Workforce/Succession Planning, developing relationships with area Colleges and Universities and other community partners.
