At the Swedish R&D center we are currently looking for a senior specialist in RF design. The position is responsible for the research into the Lower power base station RF design, such as Micro RBS, Pico of UMTS and LTE, and WiFi as well. The position is to develop these Radio base stations with knowledge of transceiver specifications and design of TX and RX paths. The position is within the system design team for telecommunication base stations who are researching radio architectures and the elements within them. You will be expected to work with other engineers such as system engineers, antenna engineers and mechanical engineers, etc.
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have at least 8 years experiences in RF design, preferably with Micro RBS, Pico or WiFi telecommunications systems and working in an R&D environment.
A Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background is required.
Skills requirements
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work and have an interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team as well as have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
