The Ash Group is currently seeking a UMTS RF Engineer for our Plano client.
Experience/Responsibilities:
Engineer must have minimum of 1 year experience in wireless technology, RF optimization, tuning or data collection in the field
Engineer must have experience of adding/deleting neighbors to cell sites, working knowledge of LAC/SAC/RAC and UARFCN assignments in UMTS technology
Engineer must have good communication skills
Good understanding of design principals - Good understanding in MS Office, Excel, and drawing
Engineer will be responsible for compiling RNDCIQ information and submitting data to scripting for integrating UMTS sites in the network.
Engineer must understand RFD sheet and experience in creating plumbing diagram of UMTS hardware at cell sites.
