The Ash Group is currently seeking a RF Engineer Project Manager for our Plano client.
Responsibilities include:
RF Engineers should have extensive years experience in NPI projects, from which 2 years should be in UMTS NPI
Experience with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL)
Experience optimizing network using statistics Experience with the OSS (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them.
Experience with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred.
Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred)
Past Leadership experience in at least 2 projects.
Candidates have to be flexible to travel if needed.
