Telecom Job for LTE RF NPI Engineer – Reston, VA (USA)

Location: Arlington, VA / Reston, VA 


Scope of Work: 
• RF engineers needed for LTE lab testing in Reston VA. 
• Candidates must have experience in CDMA and/or LTE lab testing. 
• Minimum 10 years of RF design experience, 5+ in CDMA/LTE. 
• QXDM experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools 
• Good communication skills in English 
• Good troubleshooting skills 
• Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals- link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI’s, etc. 
• Candidate must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary. 
• Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them
