Connect44 is urgently seeking “Junior RAN Front Office Engineers” to work for Huawei in Switzerland. The job details are as follows:

Job Title: Junior Alarms Engineer (FO RAN Engineer)
Location: Zurich
Start Date: ASAP                                        
Duration: 3 Months Extendable
Experience: 1 to 4 years


Responsibilities:
· 1st Point of contact for all RAN related availability problems.
· Monitor network availability, ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
· Take ownership of network faults and planned/unplanned service interruptions, managing them through to resolution or escalating where required.
· Ensure all faults and service interruptions are captured in the trouble ticketing systems, providing regular and accurate updates.
· Follow all processes and procedures, identifying and informing the FODM of any improvements required.


Technical Competencies: 
· Knowledge of 2G or 3G Radio Access Networks, 1 years 1st Line 2G or 3G experience
· Experienced with fault finding process and management platforms
· Experience with any of the Telecom Vendor’s on 2G or 3G RAN
