Responsibilities:
• Response for cluster/site/cell monitoring, analysis optimization, fine tuning
• Guarantee the successful delivery of cluster/site/cell
• Support regional engineers for technical issues
• Provide optimization technical support to customer teams.
• Write, review, adjust and present troubleshooting reports and other clarification materials to customers
• Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client
• Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
• Technical support and knowledge transfer to team members
Requirements:
• Experience in GSM Radio Planning and Optimization
• Fluent English language skills, German language skill preferred
• ALU equipment experience is preferred
• Good teamwork spirit
• Good presentation skills
• Motivation and flexibility
• Willing to work in high pressure, fast-paced changing and multi-culture environment
• Driving license
