Requirements:
• At least 3 years NSN 3G RAN experience
• RU20 system experience
• Able to activate HSPA and IP base Iu/Iur/Iub feature in RNC/Node B
• Able to independently carry out commissioning/integration of RNC
• Able to independently carry out acceptance tests of RNC
• Able to do independently HW expansion of RNC
• Able to independently execution of RNC SW upgrades in the live network
• Able to carry out basic troubleshooting with RNC/Node B with the current HW and SW levels (RU20) Able to independently carry out rehoming of Node B
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good in English (reading and speaking)
