Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with Regional Delivery Centres, specifying task requirements and work splits with the target to maximize cost efficiency
• Create and track resource requirements for current and future projects under consideration of the Regional Delivery Centres
• Nominate and assign technical leads within the team to act as prime customer and escalation contacts locally
• Manage and report on organization's financial and budget activities within the own area of responsibility
• Build and distribute best practices within the technology area for common use within the Centre of Excellence
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent in IT or Telecommunications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar management position within a telecommunication environment
• Proven leadership and people management skills with ability to manage a team in a diversified environment
• Strong technical background on core network technologies in a fixed and mobile network operator environment, including IP/MPLS based data services such as VPN, QoS, firewall technologies, etc
• Methodical skills and customer-oriented approach in process oriented environment
• Strong Project Management skills
• Team player in an international team
• Language: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
