Telecom Vacancy for Quality Improvement Manager || Netherlands

Client, a prestigious International Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Quality Improvement Manager to work on a permanent basis within the Netherlands.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to PMO Manager Europe, your main responsibilities will be:

Setting up the quality control methodology for the project team and for Software deliveries from HQ;

Define and maintain the ongoing detailed QA (quality assurance) plan including (business)Processes, Tools and Metrics

Perform QA checks, lessons learned sessions with all streams and assure documentation

Gather overall QA status, from all development teams and report according to the Governance and Risk Management Strategy

Develop QA improvement plans

Assure E2E quality across all program streams

Monitoring and controlling the quality of deliverables of individual teams to assure they can meet or exceed the criteria specified for them.

Requirements:

Project and target driven, 10 years and above Quality Improvement experience (preferably BSS/IT) with a background in consultancy.

Excellent analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative; the ability to translate data analysis results to operational improvements.

Experience with KPI creation and management and improvement.

Strong Quality/standard knowledge; -ISO/SOX/PCI/PCA, etc

Native or fluent English speaker essential – Dutch Highly appreciated.

Feels comfortable in a multinational environment that includes elements of off-shoring capabilities.

Natural leadership skills and a good team player.

University degree (Bachelor or higher), preferably in the study areas of either: Telecommunications, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or International Business;
