• Skills & Strengths:

You will lead product implementation and integration efforts for new Consumer In Home products and product lines as developed by the business units. You will provide multi-media product expertise and consulting expertise to business units and lead multi-disciplinary teams by organizing resources to plan and implement new products. Also develops business rules and requirements and translates them into technical requirements for integration and ensures that strategic product and business development priorities and plans are executed in a timely and effective manner. 
Knowledge of Consumer automation products industry trends, technologies, existing systems, best practices, standards and competition a plus. You must demonstrate functional understanding and general knowledge across various functional disciplines including marketing, sales, operations, technology, customer service, legal and finance. Strong project management skills are critical, as demonstrated by prior success with product planning for large product roll outs. 


Management/Leadership/Technical Skills:
Ø The candidate should have proven experience in leading the creation, oversight and ongoing operationalization of products and technology solutions.
Ø Proven success in coordination of multiple projects, managing trade-offs between budget, scope and dates, and operating in a highly-matrixed organization
Ø Proven skill and experience in large project management, general management, strategic planning, program development and negotiations, skill in analysis, organization and presentations
Ø Manages software vendors and service providers to ensure appropriate delivery of software and services
Ø Coordinate, manage, and participate in vendor and custom technology evaluations to validate architectural proposals and plans against published reference architectures 
Ø Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and trends and advises senior management on applicability and benefits
Ø Support and maintain IT applications environment to support a 24x7, growing, global, changing business.
