A Customer Care manager is needed for Middle East. You will be in charge of Customer Policy/Customer Experience for relationships with Customer Care team
1 year contract.
A consultant should:
- !!! Have at least 10 years working experience in Telecom !!!
- Be expert on the position
- Speak English (French is a plus, but not compulsory)
- Have a consulting background / servicing attitude
- Be available before end of June 2011 the latest
